Sr Engineer - Purchase & Procurement

Role & responsibilities

1 -Study Job card and arrange Materials ,

2- Coordinate with Concerned Departments for Targets ,Specifications ,

3 -Working on ERP for Releasing Purchase Orders,Delivery Rating,Supplier Rating,

4- Ensure Supplier Scrutiny before placing Orders ,

5- Evaluate Cost and Delivery of the Parts and supplies on Time ,

6 - Prepare schedule of comparison ,

7- Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with Project Management ,

8 - Negotiate Cost and release Purchase Orders ,

9- Maintain Secrecy of Prices ,

10 - Ensure parts Procrument under the Targetted Costs ,

11-Commodties - to be Procured - Electrical / Mechanical Boughtout Items ,

12- Achieve Cost Reduction thru New Material/New Vendor Development/Negotiation ,

13- Monitor Shortage lists and Update Material Status on regular Basis ,

14- To closely Monitor Target dates of Project and Procurement and Achieve 100% Uptime on reciept of parts ,

15 - To Ensure all Concept of Purchase Ordering in System is Followed and maintainedd on Regular Intervals

Preferred candidate profile

Educational And Experience Candidate Should Be BE Mechanical/DME, BE Electrical/DEE with 3-5 Years Experience in Purchase/Procurment Operations Preferably in MSME Material Handling /Engineering Industry
