Key Responsibilities:-
o Actively search for potential clients on bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
o Analyze client requirements and create customized proposals to pitch our IT services effectively.
o Engage with prospective clients via email, chat, and calls to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
o Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
o Work closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions that align with client requirements.
o Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:-
o Bachelors degree (BBA/MBA preferred) or equivalent.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to analyze and understand client needs effectively.
o Familiarity with bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer) is a plus but not mandatory.
o A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
o Basic knowledge of IT services and solutions is an added advantage.
