We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to help us grow our business by finding new customers, qualifying leads, and closing sales. In this role, you will make calls, send emails, and present our services to potential clients. You ll also manage relationships with leads and help guide them through the sales process to reach our sales targets. This position will require working US shift hours to connect with clients in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 80-120 outbound calls daily to potential Prospects in the US.
Qualify leads by understanding their business goals.
Conduct 1-2 virtual or in-person sales presentations every day.
Follow up with leads regularly to keep them engaged and move them through the sales process.
Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is completed.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Track sales activities in CRM and report regularly.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to onboard new clients.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Master s degree is a plus.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Freshers are welcome.
Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Proficient in using CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office).
Sales Experience: Experience or interest in sales, with a willingness to learn and achieve targets.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with others and work as part of a team.
Shift: Must be comfortable working US shift hours (evening/night shifts).
