Technology Transfer : Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Department : Technology Transfer , Ankleshwar location

Role & responsibilities

1)Managing lab demo planning and detailed studies on negative experiments, holding studies, identifying process criticalities, etc. w.r.t. Scale-up.

2) Freezing lab process w.r.t. Scale-up to avoid deviations at plant.

3) To manage for making EHS friendly process.

4) Detailed discussion & finalizing the process for all site transfer molecules.

5) Coordinate with team for equipment mapping at plant for new and site transfer molecules.

6) Planning, coordination and effective communication for Execution of trial and validation batches at plant.

7) Check and approve from TT side on trial reports

8) Exploring of new technologies and its implementation at plant.

9) Schedule meeting on HAZOP and HAZAN studies for new / site transfer projects.

10) Review of BMRs and to have technical justifications for the changes/modifications.
