Culture & Community Specialist

Design, implement, and oversee initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize internal events, workshops, and activities that reinforce the companycore values and mission.

Community Engagement:

Develop and manage community outreach programs that align with the companymission and values, ensuring a meaningful impact on the local and broader community.

Plan and coordinate volunteer activities, charity events, and other community involvement initiatives, encouraging employee participation and fostering a culture of giving back.

Track and report on the outcomes of community impact projects, measuring their effectiveness and identifying areas for growth.

Program Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for all culture and community-related programs, ensuring smooth execution from planning through to completion.

Communication Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on program progress, prepare KPI reports, and share impactful stories to reinforce the companypositive narrative.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, introducing new ideas to enhance culture and community engagement efforts.

Requirements

Preferred skills and Qualifications:

Masters in human resources , Social work , or related field.

E xperience in developing and implementing culture-building and/or CSR initiatives.

Strong understanding of employee engagement, organizational culture, and corporate social responsibility principles.

Passion for people and making a positive impact both within the organization and in the broader community.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence employees at all levels of the organization.
