Lead - Power Automate

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of workflows and automation processes using Microsoft Power Automate, with a focus on delivering efficient, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
• Design and optimize code/process flows, ensuring adherence to best practices and minimizing performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct regular reviews of automation workflows, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical designs, and provide status updates.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing automation processes to maintain seamless operations.
• Stay updated on advancements in Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies to incorporate them into automation solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including the development of complex workflows.
• Strong expertise in process flow design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Ability to independently handle automation projects from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
• Familiarity with Power Apps & Power BI for integrated automation solutions.
• Working knowledge of AI integration to enhance automation workflows.
• Secondary: Some experience in mentoring or guiding junior developers, though individual contribution remains the primary focus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
