Position: Intern Architect

Location: [Bihar]

Department: Architecture and Design

Duration: [Specify Duration 3 months]

Reporting To: Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Design Support:
• • Assist in developing design concepts, layouts, and plans for various projects.
• • Create 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and presentations using design software.
• 2. Drafting and Documentation:
• • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, technical documents, and as-built drawings.
• • Assist in compiling and organizing project specifications and materials.
• 3. Project Collaboration:
• • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to support project requirements.
• • Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team discussions.
• 4. Site Visits:
• • Assist in site surveys, documentation, and progress reports.
• • Observe construction activities to understand site conditions and processes.
• 5. Research and Analysis:
• • Conduct research on building materials, codes, and sustainability practices.
• • Analyze design trends and present findings to the team.
• 6. Presentation Preparation:
• • Create visual aids, including mood boards, renderings, and diagrams, for client presentations.
• • Support in preparing project reports and documentation.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• • Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or BIM software.
• • Familiarity with rendering software (,V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape) and graphic design tools ( Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• • Basic knowledge of architectural concepts, building codes, and construction methods.
• • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a good eye for design aesthetics.
• • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• • Portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
