This position will be responsible for re-establishment of sales and marketing network for the company .

Technocrats were the FIRST company which developed and introduced high tech plasma cutting & welding machines in the country way back in 90.

Enjoyed monopolistic situation for quite some time till China factor came into picture.

Introduced automation products such as CNC Plate & Pipe Profile Cutting Machines, Introduced automation for different welding applications.

Redesigned machines for better reliability and competition.

Introduced H beam welding systems , 6 axis pipe profile cutting machines which is manufactured by Technocrats only in India.

All these products have good market in India and abroad.

Technocrats have started international marketing as well.

All India marketing set up of the company started disappearing from 2011 mainly because field force could not sale against cheap Chinese products .

Also they had seen the monopoly and suddenly there was competition.

We have managed sales without any field force for past 10 years .

Company made losses for couple of years during this period .

Now company is back on track and making profit.

We are looking for capable marketing person who can re-establish our sales network and bring back the sale on all India basis.

Graduate Engineers with management qualification and experienced in marketing in managing sales of capital items in all India basis may be the right one but the position is open for all deserving candidates.

Deserving candidate may be offered stake in the company as well.

Our product mix is quite wide and will require Engineering knowledge hence the candidate is required to be conversant with engineering applications in the relevant industries..
