PLM Windchill Developer - Configuration & Customization (4-12 yrs)

Position Title : PLM Windchill Developer

Locations : Pune, Bangalore and Gurgaon

Work mode : Hybrid ( Minimum 2 days work from office)

Role and Responsibilities :

- Develop solution proposals for the given requirements

- Develop application code, Debug, Perform Code Review, Code Optimization, Validation and testing

- Develop custom solutions based on Windchill APIs, Customization of Windchill Product

- Incident and Problem analysis and fixing

- Maintenance of existing Windchill applications

Authority :

- Co-ordinate and communicate directly with client/Business users as per the job requirements

- Create WBS and build estimates for the assigned tasks

Accountability :

- Buildup knowledge and create knowledge base in assigned areas and system understanding

- Customer support for issue resolution.

- Ensure on time delivery & quality of projects & change requests.

Technical Skills :

- Good knowledge of Windchill 11/12 PDMLink modules

- Knowledge of Windchill MPMLink configuration and customization

- Develop custom solutions based on Windchill APIs, Customization of Windchill Product

- Strong programming skills in Java , JSP, Servlets , Spring ,JavaScript, Web services - SOAP & REST

- Understanding of applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities

- Knowledge on Windchill & Thingworx integration

- Experience in Thingworx Navigate development

- Working on activities and assignments for Windchill and provide expertise and assistance to the projects for resolution of issues and execution of processes.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Support end users with Windchill Configuration, Installation or Upgrade/migration issues, end user issues

- Investigate the functional, technical and performance issues and work with end-users to find the resolution.

- Perform root cause analysis for problems Update the documentation associated with best practices and end-user training materials

Technical Skills:

- Experience Windchill 11.x 12.x environment including PDM Link and Project Link

- Experience in Windchill 12.x , 11.x administration and support

- Ability to configure and manage Windchill - Users, Access control, workflows, lifecycle, OIR etc

- Proficiency in Multi CAD data management e.g. CATIA

- Should have L2/L3 technical support experience Knowledge in SQL and Oracle.

Accountability :

- Responsible for active participation in contributing and evolving the PTC

- Knowledge base by authoring technical articles by capturing best practices

- Customer support for issue resolution.

- Troubleshooting methodologies and resolution.

- Ensure to meet and exceed Performance SLA s.
