Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our corporate office. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on fast-track talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless hiring process by leveraging multiple talent platforms such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other job portals. They should be well-versed in HR software applications, possess a deep understanding of the Performance Management System (PMS), and contribute to overall HR operations.
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
i) Develop and implement fast-track hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Ii) Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and job portals.
Iii) Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
iv) Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
i) Manage and maintain HR software applications for employee records, attendance, payroll, and other HR functions.
ii) Ensure HR policies and procedures align with company objectives and compliance regulations.
iii) Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
iv) Collaborate with Plants HR on regular basis to ensure smooth operations across the plants, sites etc.
3. Performance Management & Employee Engagement
i) Oversee and implement the Performance Management System (PMS) to track employee performance and growth.
ii) Work with managers to set KPIs and performance appraisal mechanisms.
iii) Assist in employee training & development programs to enhance productivity and engagement.
4. HR Analytics & Reporting
i) Generate reports and insights using HR software applications for informed decision-making.
ii) Track recruitment metrics, employee performance trends, and attrition rates.
Skills required
Must have Expertise in job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
Proficiency in HR software applications (HRMS, ATS, Payroll, and Performance Management tools).
Strong knowledge of performance management systems and employee appraisal processes. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
