Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: identify and secure new business opportunities with U.S. and U.K. clients in IT services (staff augmentation, managed services, IT projects).
• Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders to drive repeat business.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to clients IT project requirements, staff augmentation needs, and managed service offerings.
• IT Services & Solutions Expertise: Promote and sell IT staff augmentation, managed services, and custom IT project solutions to meet client objectives.
• Market & Competitor Insights: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in IT services, particularly in the U.S. and U.K.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as operations, project management, and technical experts to ensure seamless service delivery

Key Skills Required:

• Proven track record of managing and selling IT services, including staff augmentation, managed services, and IT projects.
  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with experience engaging U.S. and U.K. clients.
• Deep understanding of IT services and solutions (staff augmentation, managed services, custom IT projects).
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
