Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting, with a focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and potential.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on market trends and candidate availability.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on technical positions.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and requirements for various IT and engineering roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a tech startup or similar dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with coding languages and technical jargon.
