Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Recruiter specializing in SAP and Oracle ERP systems to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP technologies, and experience in recruiting ERP professionals for various roles across industries.
This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for SAP and Oracle ERP positions, ensuring the organizations projects are staffed with qualified and experienced individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
Proactively source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for ERP roles, focusing on SAP and Oracle ERP professionals.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for SAP/Oracle ERP roles (e.g., consultants, developers, project managers, functional and technical experts).
Screening and Evaluation:
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Evaluate candidates based on technical expertise (SAP/Oracle ERP systems), experience with different ERP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, Oracle EBS), and soft skills.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and the specific skills required for each role.
Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability in the SAP/Oracle ERP space.
Candidate Engagement and Relationship Building:
Build and nurture relationships with high-potential ERP candidates.
Provide candidates with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, from the initial interview to onboarding.
Negotiation and Closing:
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, offer presentation, and securing candidate acceptance.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and requirements within the SAP and Oracle ERP domains.
Maintain knowledge of competing organizations and talent pools in the ERP space.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, statuses, and interview feedback in the recruitment system.
Provide regular updates on recruitment status and progress to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP systems, modules, and functions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP, etc.).
Familiarity with common ERP roles (e.g., Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Solution Architects, Project Managers).
Recruitment Expertise:
Proven experience in recruiting ERP professionals, especially in SAP and Oracle ERP ecosystems.
Understanding of the ERP recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to clearly articulate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
Experience working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates.
Ability to negotiate and influence candidates effectively.
Organizational Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet recruitment goals.
Tools and Technologies:
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other candidate sourcing platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience working in IT recruitment or a technical recruiting role with a focus on ERP.
Certifications related to SAP or Oracle ERP recruitment would be a plus (e.g., SAP Certified Associate).
