IT / Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing to identify and attract qualified IT and technical candidates.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the organization and attract top talent in the IT and tech industry.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate screenings, including phone interviews and technical assessments, to evaluate skills, qualifications, and fit for the role.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview questions and provide guidance to interviewers.
• Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to ensure competitive and effective recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final offer.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate recruitment reports and metrics as needed.
