Skeps - Technical Program Manager (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage project scope and timelines effectively.

- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-up meetings.

- Coach team members on Agile frameworks and best practices.

- Facilitate internal communication and collaboration among team members.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Product and Business Teams.

- Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize features, and address new requests.

- Guide teams in implementing changes effectively and efficiently.

- Track and report on product development progress to senior management.

- Ensure timely and successful product delivery.

- Oversee product deployment and integration.

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

- Evaluate product performance metrics and facilitate necessary adjustments based on data analysis.

- Document project processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, testers, etc.)

- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
