Mphasis - Tech Lead - AWS Cloud & Infrastructure (9-14 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and performance feedback.

- Design, architect, and implement AWS cloud solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.

- Migrate on-premises workloads to AWS, leveraging services like EC2, VPC, ECS, EKS, Lambda, and more.

- Ensure the high availability, performance, and security of all cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud and infrastructure.

- Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate infrastructure with applications.

- Stay abreast of the latest AWS services, best practices, and security advisories.

- Participate in capacity planning and cost optimization initiatives.

- Adhere to industry best practices and security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2).

- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal infrastructure standards and procedures.

Qualifications :

- 9-14 years of overall IT experience.

- 10+ years of experience in datacenter infrastructure support (servers, storage, networking).

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform.

- Strong understanding of AWS services, including EC2, VPC, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, and more.

- Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).

- Strong understanding of networking concepts (VPC, subnets, routing, firewalls).

- Experience with security best practices and implementation (IAM, security groups, encryption).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

Bonus Points :

- AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, DevOps Engineer).

- Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git).

- Experience with cloud security tools and services (AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty).
