Argus Safety Technical Consultant (3-10 yrs)

Must Have :

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Argus functionalities and Argus Safety database and model

- Good knowledge of PL/SQL and ability to write queries

- Knowledge on Argus DB, Schemas, Sessions and troubleshooting experience

- Working experience on modules like Argus configuration System and Business, Argus Interchange/ESM and custom E2b profiles

- Experience/Knowledge in configuring reports in Argus Aggregate and Periodic reports

- Experience in Regulatory Standards like 21 CFR Part 11, ICH, GxP

- Understanding of Argus safety services and profiles configurations

- Case Management: Experience of Case Intake, Case Processing and Case Distribution

- Experience of working in drug safety/pharmacovigilance in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

- Understanding of Pharmacovigilance internal and external environment including methodological and technical aspects

- Hands-on experience on product/study/license/reporting rule configuration and system configuration

- Strong analytical, interpersonal communication skills

- Good knowledge of SDLC / ITIL processes

- Must have knowledge of support activities (Change management and ticket management, SLA)
