Job Summary

The Lead Data Science Tools Technical Analyst is responsible for resolving end-user issues, serving as a bridge between Machine Learning (ML) Engineers and Data Scientists, and providing expertise on the tools and capabilities available to data scientists. This role supports end-users through working sessions, coaching, vendor engagement and various adoption related activities. This role is also called upon to support aspects of the ML/DL/AI Operations Framework and participates in the organizations Agile ceremonies.

Essential Job Functions

Act as an expert in the suite of tools known as the Data Science Toolkit. Promote user adoption of data science tools. Collaborate with users to identify and document requirements for new or enhanced features and functionalities. Conduct testing of new features or fixes as necessary. Foster strong and sustainable partnerships across the organization by working closely with leadership.
Independently support users through one-on-one coaching, pre-arranged vendor mentoring sessions and research. Collaborate with Cloud administrators to support users.
Execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities on OCM roadmap including user engagement and product feature presentations.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study.
8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering or related field.
3+ years experience working with Python.
2+ years working in Databricks or similar product.
2+ years experience supporting products and working with end users.
