Product Owner

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned

with business objectives and customer needs.

• Own and maintain the product backlog by prioritizing features, epics, and stories based

on business value and technical feasibility.

• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless

product development and delivery.

• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for

the development team.

• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates, ensuring

alignment across teams.

• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive data to inform product

decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product

success and iterate on improvements.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily

stand-ups, to promote efficient team workflows

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-8 years in SaaS product management or related roles, with a proven track record of

delivering successful products.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

(MBA is a plus).

• Familiarity with software development processes, SaaS architectures, and tools like Jira,

Confluence, or similar.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from metrics

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a

customer-first mindset.

• Experience in scaling SaaS ( preferred) / B2B products in competitive markets is

preferred

• Experience in CPQ products is a plus.
• Familiarity with API-based products and integrations.
• Exposure to UX/UI principles and working closely with design teams.
• Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM)

is a plus.
