Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior IT Sales Manager to drive business growth, revenue expansion, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performance sales team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisitions in the IT services and software solutions space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, CXOs, and decision-makers.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance, set KPIs, and drive results.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and sales performance analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in selling IT services, enterprise software, cloud solutions, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience in B2B sales, key account management, and strategic partnerships.
• Expertise in handling enterprise clients across various industries.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in driving sales pipelines, CRM tools, and sales analytics.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• MBA or relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
