ESTIMATOR:-

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Estimator role located in Noida. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, analyzing cost factors, and providing accurate cost estimates. The Estimator will work closely with project managers, architects, and designers to ensure successful project completion.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Knowledge of construction materials and methods

Experience in cost analysis and estimating

Familiarity with architecture and design principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience in the interior architecture industry is a plus

Qualifications

B.ARCH/B.TECH/ITI/DIPLOMA WITH CIVIL/DIPLOMA WITH ARCHITECTURE/DIPLOMA WITH INTERIOR DESIGNING Role & responsibilities
