Job Description
Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Accurately prepare quantity takeoffs for projects of varying complexities.
Prepare reports and contract documentations.°Good construction plan reading skills
Basic knowledge in MS excel, Word and any construction estimating software would be preferable
Can work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment°
