• An exceptional writer with experience creating varied content
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and communicate how they work to both technical and non-technical people

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Help in writing technical blog posts publicizing technical software
• Create compelling copy on a variety of topics for consumption through vehicles such as web, social, white paper, business deck and marketing assets of various forms
• Research influential market blogs, vlogs, podcasts and market news for relevant content ideas and topics
• Suggest new content when needed, such as social posts, blog posts and articles
• Able to reword existing written content to convey correct messaging
• Assist in technical sales collateral creations such as case studies, white papers, and landing pages
• Respond to time-critical requests
• Identify, create, and measure - own content KPIs on views

“Must” Experience:

• minimum of 8+ years of experience of technical writing
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing or similar field
• Extensive technical writing experience
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Incredible attention to detail
• Aware of software process and development life cycle
