Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist IT Sales (US Market)


Preferable: Male Candidates only


Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in working with US clients and a proven ability to generate leads for IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in lead qualification, relationship building, and securing appointments with C-level executives, particularly CEOs. This role requires deep understanding of the US market and exceptional communication skills to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Identify and research potential clients in the US market through various channels, including databases, LinkedIn, and networking.
    • Generate high-quality leads through targeted outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  2. Engaging and Qualifying Prospects:
    • Initiate conversations with potential clients to understand their pain points and identify needs aligned with our IT products and services.
    • Qualify leads to ensure they meet predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.
  3. Appointment Setting:
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings with CEOs or other decision-makers in the US market for the sales team.
    • Leverage time zone knowledge to manage scheduling effectively and ensure timely follow-ups.
  4. Sales Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine strategies for engaging US clients.
    • Provide detailed insights on qualified leads to aid in sales presentations and closures.
  5. Market Insights and Reporting:
    • Stay updated on trends and developments in the US IT market to identify new opportunities.
    • Track and report lead generation activities, pipeline status, and key performance metrics using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  6. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with US-based clients and partners.
    • Act as the initial point of contact, providing a professional and engaging experience for prospects.

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development focused on the US market.
    • Proven track record of working with US clients and securing appointments with C-level executives.
    • Experience in the IT industry or selling IT products and services is highly preferred.
  3. Skills:
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a neutral or US-accented tone.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead tracking software.
    • In-depth understanding of the US sales cycle and market dynamics.
  4. Personal Attributes:
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
    • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
    • Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid setup with flexible hours to cater to US time zones.
