Senior Microsoft Fabric Specialist (5-8 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Fabric Specialist with over 5+ years of expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Fabric. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration, analytics, and modern cloud technologies, with a proven track record of delivering robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Fabric, ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Develop and maintain data pipelines, models, and integration workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Optimize data architecture and workflows for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.

- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices are integrated into solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of professional experience in IT with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Power BI, and Azure Data Lake.

- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

- Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Power Query.

- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps.

- Strong understanding of data governance, security frameworks, and compliance standards.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft certifications related to Azure Data and Microsoft Fabric.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of machine learning and AI integration with Microsoft Fabric.

- Previous experience working in agile environments.
