Senior Full Stack Developer - Ruby on Rails/React.js (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React.js for frontend development and Ruby on Rails for backend development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable and high-performing applications, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using React.js.

- Create responsive UI components to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.

- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect designs and animations.

- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and server-side logic using Ruby on Rails.

- Optimize application performance and scalability.

- Ensure robust security measures and data protection protocols are in place.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement features.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills :

- Proficient in React.js, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, RESTful APIs, and database design (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

- Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience

- Strong portfolio of web applications built using Rails and React

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Experience working in an Agile development environment
