Technical Lead - MERN Stack (7-10 yrs)

We are looking for a Technical Lead who is result-oriented, believes in leading from the front, and is always willing to go the extra mile. The role requires a talented, self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and the following skills:

Requirements :

- Strong hold on Architecture Designing, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Design Patterns & UML.

- Should be able to design scalable solutions complied with security and performance guidelines.

- Strong Knowledge of cloud based environments like Amazon Web Services/Azure.

- Must have sound knowledge and experience on MERN stack.

- Must have sound knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

- Exposure to PHP and other Open source will be an advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Clear and coherent written communication, including visual representations of data.

- Design, develop and execute software solutions to address business issues.

- Interpret business requirements to articulate the business needs to be addressed.

- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.

- Collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance, and end-users to produce innovative software solutions.

- Should be able to help the Pre-sales team by providing time and cost estimates.

- Strong hands-on programming, algorithm, and problem-solving skills. Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently.

- Experienced in RDBMS and NoSQL database design and development.

- Work closely with the team to ensure architectural, coding, design, and quality standards have been adhered to.

- Open to modern technologies/ languages and stay current with the latest tools and technologies.

- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Experience in training and mentoring junior team members.

- Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision.

- Interface with other teams/experts for the design and evaluation of new products.

- Should be able to understand project requirements and prepare technical specification documentation.

Required Qualification & Soft Skills :

- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of total IT experience.

- BTech/BE/MCA/MTech.

- Excellent Verbal & Written Skills.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Should be self-motivated, detail-oriented & responsible team player.
