Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for custom software development services.
• Must have the hands on experience in the govt sector .
• Execute outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest, create &
• identify potential business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Perform effective online demos to prospects
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in IT sales for custom software development in the domestic market.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience working with US clients is a significant advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel
