Senior UI-UX Designer

Role & responsibilities

* Handle the end-to-end design process from ideation and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
* Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and responsive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
* Maintain UI design systems and ensure consistency across the designs.
* Collaborate with developers to understand technical requirements and provide design solutions that align with both user needs and technical constraints.
* Create visually engaging assets, including marketing materials, branding elements, iconography, illustrations, and other graphics.
* Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
* Mentor and guide junior designers

Requirements
* Proven experience in designing digital products, websites, and mobile applications.
* A strong portfolio showcasing both UI/UX design work and graphic design projects (web and mobile interfaces, branding, etc.).
* Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
* Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
* Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design.
