Role & responsibilities

PICKER/PACKER

• Order Picking: Retrieve items from shelves based on order specifications.
• Packing: Package items securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
• Labeling: Label packages accurately to ensure proper delivery.
• Stock Replenishment: Assist in restocking shelves as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse teams to maintain workflow efficiency.

BILLER

• Generate and issue invoices for goods and services rendered.
• Review and verify billing data for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client communications.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to reconcile accounts.
• Prepare reports on billing activities and account statuses.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
