National - Operation Head

Position Overview:

The National Operations Head will lead national operations, focusing on warehouse management and last-mile delivery excellence (LMX) for D2C brands. This role is responsible for optimizing D2C warehouse operations, enhancing D2C delivery efficiency, and driving continuous improvement to achieve operational and customer satisfaction goals for D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize national warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution functions for D2C brands.
• Develop strategies to enhance last-mile delivery performance for D2C brands, ensuring timely and cost-effective service.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational performance for D2C supply chains.
• Lead, develop, and manage cross-functional operational teams focused on D2C operations.
• Foster relationships with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence for D2C deliveries.
• Integrate technology solutions to streamline D2C operations and improve last-mile delivery for D2C customers.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field; Master’s or certifications preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in operations management, warehouse management, and last-mile logistics, particularly for D2C brands.
• Skills: Strong leadership, operational strategy development, problem-solving, and proficiency in WMS/TMS systems tailored to D2C operations.

Working Conditions:

• Occasional travel to regional facilities to oversee D2C operations.
• Flexibility in working hours as required to meet D2C brand operational needs.
