Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide them with shortlisted profiles.
  
• Manage bulk hiring campaigns for non-IT roles, handling multiple positions simultaneously.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in volume hiring or non-IT recruitment.
  
• Strong understanding of domestic staffing industry trends and market dynamics.
  
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with ability to negotiate effectively.
  
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Shine etc.
