• Negotiate salary packages with selected candidates to secure the best possible offer.
  
• Manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress, providing updates on application status, and ensuring timely communication.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing industry.
  
• Strong understanding of domestic market trends and regulations.
  
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively.
  
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
