Skills Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience as a Domestic IT Recruiter, with hands-on experience in contract and full-time staffing.
- Proven experience in recruiting for both contract and permanent IT roles across various technologies and industries.
- Experience working with startup staffing companies is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
