Role & responsibilities

• Handling Full lifecycle recruiting experience of Domestic Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
• Hands on experience working on IT requirements.
• Understanding the requirement according to the specification mentioned by the Direct client.
• Analyse new recruiting technologies, sourcing tools and interviewing process to improve success, must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
• Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
• Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
• Ability to work as a good team player, screening, maintaining & building the candidate database.
• Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.
• Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must understand the technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources. Sourcing and screening potential resources from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

• Proven Work Experience in recruiting candidates for IT requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
