Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and skilled UI/UX Designers to join our design team. As an intern, fresher and senior designer you will work closely with our top management to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learning growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, mockups, and interfaces for web and mobile applications.

2. Help create and refine user journeys and workflows to enhance usability.

3. Implement clean, maintainable, and efficient designing following best practices and industry standards.

4. Develop and refine visual design elements, including icons, buttons, and other UI components.

5. Engage in design critiques and feedback sessions to iterate and improve design solutions.

6. Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

7. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

Requirements:

1. Graduate / Post Graduate degree in computers with proficiency in UI/UX designing.

2. A portfolio showcasing your design projects, highlighting your skills in UI/UX design.

3. Experience with design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop etc.

4. Strong eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality designs

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and receive constructive feedback.

6. Knowledge of fundamental design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and user-centred design methodologies.

7. Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

9. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

10. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
