Role Overview

We are building an innovative study abroad platform designed to simplify the journey for students seeking international education opportunities. Our mission is to make the world of education more accessible and transparent through cutting-edge technology and exceptional user experiences. We are seeking an exceptionally talented UI/UX Designer with a strong proficiency in Figma to lead the design of both internal tools and customer-facing software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create intuitive, elegant, and impactful designs that cater to students, institutions, and internal teams alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions for internal and external software.
• Design user-friendly interfaces for platforms like dashboards, course search tools, and analytics systems tailored to user needs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs for optimal functionality and experience.
• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices to improve our platform's UI/UX continuously.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing work in web and mobile platforms.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, auto-layout, and component design.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience designing SaaS platforms or dashboards is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of user-centered design processes and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
