We Are Looking For :
- Effective and excellent communication (written & verbal) skills are crucial for this job. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. Strong ethics and reliability
- The candidate must be proactive, committed, ambitious, good interpersonal skills, and a smart negotiator with excellent grasping power. Proficient in MS Office.
- Team handling experience is preferred for managing the HR part.
- Prior experience in B2B Inside Sales/ Lead Generation/ Customer Acquisition will be preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet given targets & passion for Business Development
- Sharp Business Acumen & market mapping skills (marketing, branding, Positioning)
Job Description-
- Handling the End to End Recruitment. Screening of CV according to job specifications and requirements. Conducting preliminary interviews & sourcing the suitable profiles. Salary negotiation and finalization of date of joining with candidates. Preparing MIS and updating record keeping & Others related works to HR
- Business Development Executive will help clients to identify business opportunities in the target locations.
- Develop new business for Client via telephone and mass communication such as email, outbound calling and/or social media.
- Find and use effective tools to derive contact details of prospects & Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the Lead Generation funnel and able to coordinate with the client for an end to end shipment of Project.

- Ability and experience of having impressive pitching and positioning
- Candidate must come with high energy & enthusiasm and ambitious
- Good communication skills
- Qualification - Graduation (Min)
