Servicenow Business Analyst

Role - ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location - PAN India

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow implementations and Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform and related applications.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation for ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and features, including modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, and others.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in process mapping and business process reengineering.
• Technical Skills:
  
• Knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in documenting business and functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Business Rules is a plus.
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with ServiceNow modules.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting tools and Performance Analytics.
