Graphic Designer

Qualifications: Bachelors or masters in fine arts, NID, BDes (Bachelor of Design), Applied Arts
Years of Experience: 1 to 8 years (Exceptional, Freshers can be considered)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design branding materials, such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals and social media collaterals
• Passion to tell stories through the power of visuals
• Hands-on experience in developing brochures, newsletters, flyers, banners, business presentations, animated presentations, and various types of marketing collaterals
• Creative problem-solving mindset with a flexible can-do attitude
• Adhere to Tech Mahindra brand guidelines, meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency
• Will be responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more
• Ability to think out of the box concepts and execute on the design software.
• The candidate should possess communication skills, both written and verbal, should be able to convey information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Closely collaborate with stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Follow the SLA with timely delivery of marketing assets, emailers, banners, social media posts, presentations, brochures, and infographic.
