Ansible Developer | Pune/Hyd/ Bangalore/ Mumbai

Primary job responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Developer to join our team, focusing on developing IaC code using Ansible Automation. This role is pivotal in automating and optimizing our data center infrastructure processes.

Experience: Minimum 10+ years as Ansible developer

Required skills

1. Experience in Configuration Management using Ansible, Ansible Tower and Event Driven Ansible.

2. Created Ansible Playbook for vmware based infrastructure deployment.

3. Design and implement Ansible playbooks to automate provisioning, configuration management, and deployment of VMware infrastructure.

4. Automate the deployment of virtual machines (VMs), templates, and resources within VMware environments.

5. Experience of managing security aspect in Ansible.

6. Knowledge of create/modify ansible modules.

7. Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

8. Strong knowledge of networking, storage, and security in virtualized environments.

9. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker (preferred).

10. Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux Server installation, configuration, operation, and customization.

11. Hands-on experience with Networking and NAS technologies/protocols.

12. Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud setups.

Desirable skills

1. Good understanding and utilization of cloud APIs for integration and automation.

2. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and cloud services.

3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

4. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

5. Knowledge of modern browsers and technical agility for adapting to new technologies.

6. Familiarity with cloud services and platforms, especially those that integrate with

7. Understanding of ITIL and SDLC Processes.
