E&E Lead Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Should work in CFT environment and Lead the team.

IMCR idea generation, evaluation, tracking, implementation.

Prepare and track timeline for cost saving ideas for vehicle platforms.

Supplier interaction for various design level activity and idea generation.

Co ordination with CFT, Supplier for platform level Activities.

DMU signoff with concern stake holders responsibility.

Discuss and close all open concerns from supplier, CDMM, Validation, Plant and CFT team members.

Preferred candidate profile

'• Wiring Harness CAD Routing in Catia V5 EI2.

'•PLM with Teamcenter Knowledge and Release Process

'• Automotive Electrical and Electronic system, various components and it's integration (mechanical as well as electrical) knowledge is Must

Functional competencies

'Good knowledge on Vehicle Electrical system and components

Should have very good hands-on experience in Electronics Controller, automotive switches, Instrument cluster, starting charging system (like battery, alternator and starter motor) and horn design and development.

Should have knowledge for WH routing and packaging of various E&E components.

Experience with working in CFT environment.

Should be able to understand vehicle level 3D routing design for entire platform

Knowledge in rubber part and sheet metal bracket design

Good knowledge on DFM/DFS/DFA

Should have knowledge of Capital logic and XC mentor graphics.

Good knowledge of Automotive standards.

Should have basic knowledge of CAN bus system for automotive

Should have experience in installation drawing preparation for assembly

Good knowledge on Vehicle level WH architecture

Analyse and provide solutions to Validation vehicle issues, prototype vehicle build issues and assembly line problems

Good communication skills
