Sr. Associate Analyst - (International Semi Voice) | Hyderabad - WFO

We are currently hiring for Operations Specialist  - L2 to work with an International team here in the Hyderabad location.

Role:  Sr. Associate Analyst - Level 2

Location: Hyderabad (WFO 5 Days working)

Experience: 2years    6Years (In any international project, and must be able to manage our stake holders from US & UK)

Shift: UK (12PM 9:30PM, Fixed week off’s on Sat & Sun) – Two way transportation will be given with in the radius of 30KMS from Our Hi-Tech city office.

Client: UK Based (Product Related)

Responsibilities:

• Will handle all the operations related to our Assessment department (Education related).
• Its an international project where we need to manage our UK stake holders on calls and emails.
• This project is related to back end operations for the certification exams conducted by our reputed client (Top 1, Global & well known University from UK)
• Will be working on Excel reports and dashboards and will be communicating with client on call and emails.

Required:

• Should have at least minimum 2 Years of experience working in an international project.
• Good email drafting skills and should have hands on experience with MS Excel.
• Should be able to handle the international process.
• Need Graduation in any filed.
