HIM Sr. Analyst (OnBase) BA/BS in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience, 10+ years experience working as an HIM AM support analyst, Analyst must be comfortable working 8-5 EST shift. Analyst must be comfortable with being in the on call rotation as well as adhering to the US Client Holiday Calendar. Analyst must be able to effectively communicate with customers and vendors. 20+ years of healthcare IT experience; 10 (+) years of OnBase application support experience required. 2+ years of Epic application experience Required with thorough understanding of how the two systems integrate together, OnBase Administration Certification required; 10 + years as an OnBase system administrator preferred Knowledge of networking concepts, object-oriented technology, data warehousing, and relational database engines Experience with monitoring disk space on web/app servers, processing servers, and SQL servers, sever patches Experience with monitoring windows event viewer Experience with cleaning up data bases using utilities specific to our HIM applications Monitoring and processing batches for HIM specific applications Experience with monitoring and checking HL7 integrations and event logs for HIM specific applications Experience with User Management Console Experience with RightFax (server based application for paperless faxing)
