Required skills are

Application Support Developer L4:

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex software applications issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical problems.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of critical incidents.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for monitoring and maintenance.
• Ensure high availability and performance of applications and systems.
• Be a custodian of production code for all homegrown applications.
• Perform impact analysis on proposed code fixes & production changes.
• Mentor and guide support developers on the vendor side.
• Drive documentation of code / stored procedures of in-house applications.
• Guide & direct L2/L3 application support experts during critical incidents & root cause efforts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience with 5+ years of relevant experience in software development and support.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as DotNet, MVC, WCF, Python, Angular, and SQL.
• SQL optimization skill & Ability to understand execution plans
• Strong debugging skills end to end debugging. Should be able to debug independently w/o help.---This is most important and should be tested live face to face.
• Knowledge of tools like Visual studio/VS Code, Postman.
• Basic knowledge of Azure Devops/CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Android App development will be a plus – but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge on middleware integration components like DBA, Informatica iPaaS & Analytic tools.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with database management and Microsoft SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Ability to understand business workflow end to end (supply chain, ecommerce & other enabling functions)
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux command line and shell scripting.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Newrelic and etc.).
