Role & responsibilities

Mandatory skills : full stack .Net development# WPF, .Net 4.x, Web API, and WCF,SQL Server

Responsibilities:

- Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using .Net technologies including C#, WPF, .Net 4.x, Web API, WCF, SSIS, and SQL Server.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement scalable and high-quality software solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner.

- Take ownership of both support and new development projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and delivering high-quality results.

- Utilize Agile development processes such as Jira and Confluence to efficiently manage project tasks, track progress, and collaborate with team members.

- Apply CI/CD best practices and utilize tools like GitHub to automate software builds, testing, and deployment processes.

- Manage and optimize software platforms for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Scale software platforms to support increasing workload demands.

- Perform performance tuning and optimization of software applications and databases.

- Plan and execute upgrades and updates of software platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.

- Ensure security best practices are implemented.

- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize hardware resources and plan system capacity.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to provide innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience as a .Net developer, with a strong focus on C# and related technologies.

- Extensive experience working with WPF, .Net 4.x, Web API, and WCF.

- Solid knowledge and practical experience in SQL Server and designing/developing SSIS packages.

- Proficiency in LINQ and understanding of its implementation.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and comprehend existing applications.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Postman.

- Experience in managing, scaling, and optimizing software platforms.

- Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization of software applications and databases.

- Experience with upgrades and updates of software platforms.

- Prior experience in Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- Understanding of cloud best practices.

- Familiarity with AWS technologies and cloud-based development is desirable.
