Job Description: International Customer Support
Organization: Tech Mahindra Location: Pune, Hyderabad , Noida Industry: Telecom
Experience: 6 - 18 months in international customer support (preferred experience with international/telecom customers) Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Salary Range: ₹3.88 - ₹4.6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to telecom products and services
for international clients.
• Provide efficient and accurate solutions by analysing customer issues and
troubleshooting technical problems.
• Manage customer accounts, update information as required, and ensure all
communication is documented.
• Assist customers with billing queries, account activation, and other service-related
requests.
Qualifications:
• 6 to 18 months of experience in international customer service (preferably in telecom
or a related field).
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to handle calls and written
inquiries professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a
team environment.
• Basic technical knowledge related to telecom services is preferred.
• Flexible to work in a US shift (night shift) and able to manage high call volumes.
Additional Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mind-set.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
