Tech Mahindra is hiring for Email & backend process at Chandivali Location

Designation - Customer Service Executive

Roles & Responsibility:

Handling customer queries & complaint related to cibil via emails

Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Key skills required:

Good English communications skills

Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal skills

Good written & verbal communication

Required Candidate profile:

Education & Experience: Any Graduate & minimum 1 yr of experience in Banking, finance or insurance in customer service on paper

Working location: Tech Mahindra Ltd. Chandivali

Work from office

Shift Timing: 8am-11pm any 9 hours for Male

8am - 8pm any 9hrs for Female

6 days of working & one Rotational week off.

Age: 18-35 years
