Qualification: B.E/M. Tech in Mechanical

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Skills:

1. Strong in Machine Design / R&D Design experience
2. Capable to own the project delivery completely (from concept to release)
3. Good Knowledge on Material Selection, Machining and Fabrication process and post processing operations.
4. Thorough knowledge in calculations to define structures/loads, choose the right OEMs and its accessories in the market. Example – Linear Guides, Motors, gearbox, bearings, etc.
5. Pro-efficient in Sheet metal design
6. Good knowledge on using sheet metal applications wherever necessary.
7. Pro-efficient in creating manufacturing drawings, defining tolerances with GD&T
8. Pro-efficient in UG NX is a must & Pro-efficient in Pro/E
9. Knowledge in Structural Analysis
10. Awareness on Manufacturing techniques
11. Good Presentation and Negotiation Skills
12. Semiconductor Industry background is added advantage
