Skill: MDG Experience: 10+yrs Location : Pune Job Description Key Responsibilities: Work as a key team member in an Agile team Current state documentation Fit/Gap analysis of as is vs to be Solution design and architecture Functional requirement solution design documents for IT enhancements across the procurement process including S4, ECC, Ariba and other interfaces Ensure design documents are signed off by business, architects, design review forums on time and delivered to IT technical developers for build Support MDG configuration customization activities Prepare for and conduct SIT testing, and manage and support user acceptance testing Coordinate other associated activities during go live, cutover and migration Responsible for driving the transformation of Global procurement solutions to new locations being on boarded while ensuring stability and controls of existing operations Translates business requirements and strategy needs into product transformation deliverables Works with the Product Owners and Product Architects to define, design, develop, and implement product transformation for a mature product backlog Support the global roll out of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba and MDG via a standardised template, whilst incorporating regional regulatory requirements and template improvements in a controlled manner Skills and Experience 10+ years hands on MDG implementation or rollout experience in a project / change environment (not support) Good understanding of MDG, its configuration and business processes including full implementations on Ariba and other SAP interfaces. Ability to design and implement interfaces between MDG and other systems e.g., vendor master data Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills to interact with senior managers within the Business Function and translate business requirements into functional designs. Understand a standard vendor master data business process and be fluent in the `language of the client Strong domain knowledge, with a broad understanding of the vendor master data function and its operational strategic challenges Strong team player, able to work in global, virtual teams in a matrix organization.
